Delivery notes
We deliver across the entire UK and can ship internationally on request.
A wine box contains 6 bottles and can ship up to 12 bottles for the same delivery price.
Please ensure you select the correct delivery method for your order so we can process it without delay.
Collection orders must be picked up exclusively from our store.
Processing time
We dispatch orders from Sunday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day. Most deliveries arrive the next working day, with longer times possible for Scotland, remote areas, or during December’s courier peak period. You’ll receive an order confirmation from us and tracking updates directly from the courier.

We can ship internationally on request. Please contact us before placing an order if your wine will be sent outside the UK, as customs rules vary by country.
International deliveries can potentially take up to one month to reach your destination, with any taxes and duties to be fully paid by the customer.
Once a shipping label has been generated, we are unable to amend or cancel the order. Any delivery address changes must be made directly through the courier’s app or tracking link.
