Aromatic, full, structured, long and persistent, great structure, balance and good fruit on the palate, lush with little acidity, round on entry, soft, full, good finish.
The Viognier grape originally comes from France. However, our sunny climate and the calcareous soil in Piedmont bring out the best qualities in the grape. The golden yellow vines give the wine its intense color. Our Val di Luna Viognier is low in acidity and smells of ripe apricots and peach. Floral notes also come to the fore. It is best served with fish dishes, white meat or well-seasoned dishes.
