Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG 2020 'Bindella'
Brilliant garnet red with ruby reflections. Spicy on the nose with fine roasted notes, wood and cherries. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with aromas of forest berries, cherries and also spicy elements. Present but finely honed tannins and a graceful, very well integrated acidity give the wine its balanced structure. The finish is both elegant and long. An authentic Vino Nobile with great potential.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested separately, crushed, fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 20–22 months in traditional large oak barrels and smaller 300-litre oak barrels.
