Characteristics:
deep straw yellow with golden reflections and consistent structure. Pleasantly intense and fresh nose with evident hints of white pulp fruit, a hint of thyme and mint. Pleasantly crispy, fresh, savoury and full flavour, dry.

Salted fish, soups and legume soups.
