Cantina Mezzanotte Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Risveglio 2024 is an exceptional expression of the Verdicchio grape, one of Italy's most esteemed white varieties. Grapes are hand-harvested in early September from vineyards located at 150 meters above sea level. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve its fresh and fruity character. It is then aged in steel for approximately six months, followed by at least three months of bottle aging before release.
