Tasting Notes

  • Appearance: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, characteristic of a young Verdicchio.
  • Aroma: Fresh and fruity nose, predominantly green apple, with subtle floral notes.
  • Palate: Crisp and refreshing, with vibrant acidity and a well-balanced structure.
  • Finish: Clean and persistent, leaving a delightful minerality.
  • Alcohol Content: 12.5% ABV.

Winemaking Process

Grapes are hand-harvested in early September from vineyards located at 150 meters above sea level. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve its fresh and fruity character. It is then aged in steel for approximately six months, followed by at least three months of bottle aging before release.

Food Pairing

This versatile white wine pairs beautifully with:

  • Fresh seafood and shellfish
  • Grilled poultry and white meats
  • Vegetable-based pasta dishes
  • Soft cheeses

Serving Suggestions

Serve chilled at a temperature of 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary; however, allowing the wine to breathe for a few minutes can enhance its aromatic profile.
