This elegant blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Grechetto, and 20% Viognier showcases the harmonious fusion of these classic varietals, resulting in a wine that is both approachable and complex.
The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve the fruit's integrity.
