It is the most well-known and renowned of the Marche, it is produced by the Vicari company by selecting the grapes and vinifying it in purity.
The color is intense straw yellow with subtle green hues.
On the palate it is frank and clean, revealing a well-structured body and a noticeable alcoholic component.
A fresh and dry flavour with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste, and a very long persistence in the mouth.
Its characteristics allow it to be paired with a wide range of dishes, from soups, pastas or risottos with not very aromatic vegetables to the obvious fish.
It is served at 10°-12°C
